Unemployment compensation for railroad employeesUnemployment compensation of railroad employees are benefits received by railroad workers who are unemployed because of sickness or because work is unavailable in the railroad industry and in related industries, such as carrier affiliates. This UI program is administered by the Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) under a Federal program that is applicable throughout the Nation. See Unemployment insurance compensation.
