The Bureau of Economic Analysis state and county per capita personal income statistics are calculated by dividing personal income by population. BEA has incorporated official intercensal population data released by the U.S. Census Bureau on November 7, 2024, to calculate updated state and county annual per capita personal income statistics for 2010 through 2019, and updated state quarterly per capita personal income statistics for the first quarter of 2010 through the first quarter of 2020. These updated statistics are available in the Regional Interactive Data tables.
